For Women Who Are Tired —
Not Broken.

If you’re feeling a bit knackered physically, mentally, or just done, you’re in the right place.

This is not a wellness retreat. And that’s exactly the point.

A Wellness Retreat That Doesn’t Require Chanting, Celery Juice, or
Changing Your Whole Life

Just good food, fun company, tropical cocktails, optional yoga, and the sweet, sweet sound of no one needing anything from you.

You won’t find juice fasts, chanting circles, or 22-year-old “healers” named Skylar here.

You will find ocean air, unstructured days, and zero expectations.

Show up in stretchy pants. Sleep in. Sip whatever you want fast or slowly. Move when you want. Rest when you don’t.

No one’s watching. No one’s judging. And no one’s trying to fix you — because you’re not broken.

You’ll find massages, delicious Thai food, and fun company if you want it.

Or you can float in the pool with a book and a glass of wine.

That counts as healing here.

If you’re wondering what this actually feels like, you might be asking:

  • Why nothing on this retreat is mandatory — and why that’s the whole point

  • What “optional yoga” actually means (and what happens if you never touch a mat)

  • How this retreat was designed for women who are tired, not “unfinished”

  • The difference between “wellness” and actually feeling better after rest and laughter

  • What it’s like to spend eight days without anyone needing anything from you

  • Why rest is treated as a feature here, not something you have to earn

  • How we’ve built this so you can be social if you want…or completely left alone if you don’t

  • What “gentle movement” looks like when no one is watching or judging, and you can't see your belly button

  • Why there’s no pressure to share, open up, or explain yourself to strangers

  • Why this isn’t about changing your life — just making it feel more workable again

  • What happens when you stop trying to improve yourself and just let yourself recover

  • How drinking your cocktail from a coconut by the pool can be part of healing (without guilt or side-eyes)

  • Why the women who come here aren’t broken — just tired in need of a rest

  • Why you don’t need to arrive “ready,” fit, free of caffeine, spiritual, or optimistic

  • How this retreat filters out everything that usually makes women feel judged at a wellness retreat

  • What it’s like to leave feeling rested — not “transformed”

  • Why so many women say, “I didn’t know how much I needed this until I was here.”

What This Is Not.

This is not a wellness retreat that asks you to reinvent yourself, stop drinking coffee, cleanse your soul, or prove anything to anyone.

It’s not a place where you’ll be weighed, measured, judged, or subtly compared.

Woo woo optional.

There are no dawn workouts. No “push through it” pep talks. No before-and-after photos.

No moral lectures about foods you need to ditch during menopause.

You won’t be praised for willpower or side-eyed for enjoying a bowl of pad thai.

It’s not yoga-centric or spiritually performative.

If yoga is offered, it’s optional, gentle, and very normal. No chanting. No incense. No pressure to “open your heart.”

It’s not a forced-fun group experience.

There are no sharing circles. No awkward bonding exercises. No expectation that you explain yourself or your life story.

And it’s definitely not about fixing you.

Because you’re not broken.

What This Actually Is

This is an eight-day reset designed for women who are tired, run down and want time away that feels calm, supportive, FUN and genuinely restorative.

It takes place in Hua Hin, Thailand, in a warm, easy setting where days can be slow or active as you want, food is delicious, and no one expects you to be anything other than exactly how you arrive.

There’s no strict schedule to follow and no version of yourself you’re meant to become by the end.

Instead, the days are structured with plenty of space for you to do what you like.

You might start your morning with a slow breakfast and a walk.

Or sleep in.

Or sit somewhere with a coffee and absolutely no agenda.

There are lots of options available most days — things like tai chi, yoga, stretching, walks, time in the water, or simply being outside — but nothing is compulsory, and nothing is measured.

You choose what feels right that day.

And if what feels right is doing very little, that’s fine too.

Meals are nourishing, normal, and enjoyable.

There are no food rules, no moral language, and no sense that you should be “good.”

You’ll eat well.

You’ll probably enjoy a glass of wine or more.

No one will comment.

There’s space for connection if you want it — shared meals, easy conversations, moments of company — but there’s no expectation to socialise, share, or explain yourself.

You can be alone without it being awkward.

You can be friendly without it becoming a commitment.

Most women describe the rhythm as relaxing.

Not dramatic.

Not life-altering.

Just… zen.

By the end of the week, you’re not a new person.

You’re just more rested.

More settled in your body.

And back in your own skin.

Why Come With Me (When You Could Do This On Your Own)

You absolutely could do something like this on your own.

You could book a hotel, organise a few treatments, find a yoga class, and hope it all comes together in a way that feels relaxing rather than awkward or overwhelming.

Many women do exactly that.

This retreat exists because a lot of women told me they didn’t want to do this solo.

Not because they’re incapable — but because they don’t want to do all the thinking, organising, second-guessing, or arriving alone and hoping for the best.

I’m Bronwyn White, and I’ve spent over 30 years working in travel — listening to how women actually want to travel, not how brochures say they should.

This retreat is the result of those conversations.

It’s designed for women who like the idea of wellness but feel intimidated by a lot of what’s out there — too hardcore, too earnest, too competitive, or too full of super-fit people who seem to have it all figured out.

My friend Ann told me she wanted a wellness retreat that wasn't 'hard core', where she could have a non-judgmental glass of wine at the end of the day.

Why can't we have wellness and wine?

It’s also designed for women who don’t necessarily want to travel completely alone — but don’t want to be locked into a group either.

What I’m really offering here isn’t a program.

It’s a container.

You’re arriving somewhere warm and calm, knowing:

  • There are women there who are at a similar stage of life

  • You won’t be the odd one out

  • You won’t have to make friends from scratch unless you want to

  • And you won’t be left feeling awkward if you don’t

You can join in as much as you like — or as little as you like — and that choice is respected.

There’s humour. There’s music. There are shared playlists and familiar songs.

There are easy dinners if you want company.

There are markets, cafes, bars, and beautiful places to wander into together — or not.

Before we even leave, there are optional ways to connect:

  • a casual drink together if you’re local

  • a Zoom meet-up if you’re not

  • simple, low-key ways to recognise a few friendly faces before you arrive

Nothing forced. Nothing cringey.

Once we’re there, there are optional group moments you can dip into:

  • a book club-style chat - we choose the book before we leave

  • shared walks or outings

  • music, conversation, laughter

  • and plenty of space to disappear when you need quiet

If you’re someone who can travel on your own but would enjoy being held lightly within a group of like-minded women, this is for you.

If you’re someone who feels a bit unsure about doing something like this alone, but doesn’t want to be managed or micromanaged, this is also for you.

And if you just like the idea of doing something nourishing, a bit fun, and not taking yourself too seriously for a week, you’ll fit right in.
